A message to whomever finds these transmissions:
You have not found anything spectacular. But I am grateful that you found it all the same. I am a person with no name, but a story to tell. I hope, at least. You should find within these files several messages from me leading up until the demise of the planet Earth.
I have been a resident of Earth as it stands for around 84 Sols, (in HXD) which isn't that long. My home planet was Mars, a place many humans (the species I am a part of) live. Though, not anymore. Most of us have moved beyond the Sol System, for a great peril is on the horizon... But I don't mean to bore you with those details.
I fear that this may end up being a documentation of a single human's descent into madness, but I hope it's a little more optimistic than that, as hard as it is nowadays.
